  • The Fine Chemicals Division was formed in 1983. We now represent approximately 20 companies from around the world, and carry a complete line of acidulants, including citric acid from one of the world’s largest manufacturers, Jungbunzlauer.

    With our bulk storage facilities, Fine Chemicals is able to supply many products in quantities from tank wagon to pail and has the capability for the manufacture of custom blends.

    The Fine Chemicals sales force is segregated by market area, with each technical sales person having an in-depth knowledge of the market(s) that they serve.

  • The Pharmaceuticals Division was formed in 1998, following the acquisition of Atlantic Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals. At that time, Atlantic had been supplying active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) to the Canadian Pharmaceutical market for over 30 years. Maintaining the Atlantic tradition, Debro continues to respond professionally and confidentially to our customers’ and our partners’ varied needs with a totally segregated sales and technical support group dedicated to sales of API products.

  • Process Chemicals supports a number of diverse industries. This group provides many of the basic building blocks used in the Textile and Detergent markets – acids and alkalis, traditional bleaching agents as well as the newer environmentally friendly bleaching agents, pH adjusters, and neutralizers.

    For the Metal Processing market, we offer oxidizers, catalysts, corrosion inhibitors and galvanizing fluxes. As an added service, we also offer chemical analyses of flux baths. We service the Rubber, Adhesives, Ceramic, and Abrasives markets with a complete line of additives and base materials.

    Our Process Chemicals group also includes a family of acidulants, antioxidants, vitamins, preservatives, and flavour enhancers for the Nutraceutical, Food, and Beverage markets.
